Data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to send us through the contact form: first and last name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the town of your project, the project type and your message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for three years from the last exchange. Data relating to a completed project is kept for the duration of our legal and ten-year warranty obligations.

Recipients

Your data is processed by Peinture Fraîche only. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers, so no consent banner is required.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Write to hello@peinturefraiche.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
